THIS OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTHWEST AND WEST CENTRAL ARKANSAS AS WELL AS
MUCH OF EASTERN OKLAHOMA.

ONSET...EARLY AFTERNOON.

AREA AT GREATEST RISK...EASTERN OKLAHOMA.

FLASH FLOOD.
RISK...ELEVATED.
AREA...ENTIRE AREA.
ONSET...THIS AFTERNOON.

AREA AT GREATEST RISK...NORTHWEST ARKANSAS.

HEAVY RAIN.
RISK...ELEVATED.
AREA...ENTIRE AREA.
ONSET...THIS AFTERNOON.

DISCUSSION...
AN UPPER LEVEL TROUGH MOVING ACROSS THE REGION WILL INTERACT WITH A
MOIST AND UNSTABLE AIRMASS IN PLACE ACROSS THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON AND
OVERNIGHT. THIS WILL RESULT IN WIDESPREAD THUNDERSTORMS... WITH
THE POSSIBILITY OF STORMS BECOMING SEVERE. LARGE HAIL WILL BE THE
PRIMARY THREAT. HEAVY RAINFALL IS ALSO LIKELY... PRODUCING A
DANGER OF FLASH FLOODING... ESPECIALLY IN AREAS THAT RECEIVED
HEAVY RAINFALL ON TUESDAY.

SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT...
SPOTTER ACTIVATION MAY BE NEEDED.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm not sure if I'm going to track storms today/tonight, it'll depend on whether they get into our area early enough. I'll know more later today. At any rate, I'll test using the forum as a way to get information from the field to everyone.
